Shipping conditions
The goods are delivered throughout Europe. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to adapt the shipping method due to unsuitable weight, volumes or dimensions. There are no additional costs.
Shipping
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
7.50 € (net) flat rate per package. From an order value of 300.00 € we deliver free of charge to retailers.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on weight. The prices are net prices. The delivery time of 5-20 working days from dispatch depends on the destination country.

Countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herz., Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus
Shipments outside the EU are automatically calculated and sent in the shop without German VAT by choosing the country. National rules in the recipient country may result in additional fees, taxes or duties that must be borne by the buyer.
For shipping to all countries not mentioned, please contact us. We will then make an individual offer.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3–5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5–20 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
